Certainty Register is a private register for recording high value movable assets.

The moment a valuable asset is lost, stolen, or contested is the moment you'll wish you'd recorded it. By then, it could be too late.

How Certainty Register works

Each asset submitted is assigned a unique Record ID, time-stamped and held within the register alongside its supporting documentation. These records are accessible to the registered holder at any time, from anywhere — even if personal devices, storage locations, or insurer records are lost.

What you get

A private dashboard provides ongoing access to your complete asset list, with each item supported by its own uniquely identifiable, time-stamped certificate. These certificates can be retrieved or shared at any time as formal evidence of possession at the point of registration.

Security

Records are held within encrypted AWS infrastructure under strict access controls, with no address details collected. The register exists as a private record of existence, not a public catalogue of valuables. Records can only be referenced using the unique identifiers printed on their certificate.
